REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: March 31, 2026
1. General Policy
All ticket sales made through enigma.com.ph are final and non‑refundable, except in cases where the event organizer officially cancels the event.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is officially cancelled, customers are entitled to a refund. Refunds may be processed through:
- Original payment method
- Alternative method communicated by Enigma Events and Production, Inc.
Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
3. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled:
- Tickets remain valid for the new date
- Refunds are not automatically issued
- Refund requests may be considered only if the organizer allows it.
4. Incorrect Purchases
We are unable to refund:
- Mistaken purchases
- Duplicate orders
- Wrong ticket types
- Change of mind
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
5. Service Fees
Service charges, processing fees, and convenience fees are non‑refundable.
6. Force Majeure
Refunds are not provided for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public safety concerns
Unless the event organizer explicitly authorizes refunds.
