  • You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate.

4. Electronic Tickets & Delivery

  • Tickets are delivered electronically via email.
  • You may also download your tickets anytime by logging into your optional user account.
  • It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure your inbox can receive messages.

5. Optional Account Registration

You may create an account to:

  • View past orders
  • Download tickets
  • Manage your profile and preferences

Account creation is not required to purchase tickets.

6. Event Changes, Postponements & Cancellations

Event schedules, venues, and performers may change due to circumstances beyond our control. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

Refunds for cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Resell tickets at unauthorized prices
  • Use bots or automated systems to purchase tickets
